The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for appropriateness, and provide clear counseling on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. The role includes advising customers on over-the-counter products, health and personal care solutions, and supporting patient education initiatives. The Pharmacist will maintain proper storage, inventory, and documentation of medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality service, participating in training programs, and supporting El Ezaby Pharmacy’s commitment to safe, patient-centered care.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) and a valid pharmacist license/registration in Egypt are required.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and therapeutic guidelines.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to advise patients, collaborate with colleagues, and provide customer-focused service.Candidates should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is preferred; familiarity with pharmacy management systems is an advantage.Commitment to continuous learning and participation in ongoing professional development and training programs.
