Re3aya Pharmacy also aims to provide a professional environment where pharmacists can grow, learn, and build meaningful careers, while remaining open to partnerships and collaboration.Role Description The Pharmacist will work on-site in New Cairo in a full-time capacity, providing safe and accurate dispensing of prescription and OTC medications. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, verifying dosages and interactions, counseling patients on proper use of medications, and offering guidance on weight management, metabolic health, nutritional supplements, and general wellness. The role involves maintaining pharmacy records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, managing inventory, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. The Pharmacist will collaborate with colleagues to deliver clear, accessible health information, respond to patient inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy services. Participation in ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical, patient-centered practice are core expectations.Qualifications Professional pharmacy qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or PharmD, and valid pharmacist licensure/registration in Egypt.Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculation, and safe dispensing practices.Competence in patient counseling and communication, with the ability to explain medications, side effects, and health guidance in clear, accessible language.Experience with community pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, OTC recommendations, inventory management, and basic pharmacy systems or software.Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and confidentiality, with attention to detail and high accuracy in daily tasks.Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively in a busy setting, and adapt to evolving clinical and operational needs.Interest or experience in weight management, metabolic health, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle counseling is an advantage.Willingness to engage in continuous learning, attend trainings, and stay current with pharmaceutical guidelines and best practices
