We work with clinics, medical groups and telemedicine providers to fulfil their e-Prescriptions and home delivery.The role we are hiring forWe are seeking a Pharmacist to manage WellAway’s day-to-day operations. The candidate will be leading a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure medications are dispensed in a safe and efficient manner. As a pharmacist, the candidate is also responsible to provide medication-related information to prescribers and patients.ResponsibilitiesOversee processing of prescriptions or medication ordersProvide patient counselling and educationLead and guide pharmacy technician(s)Review and fine-tuning of existing workflows and platform to align and optimize standards and guidelines to best practicesWork with vendors and partners to ensure the systems, workflow and documentation are in compliance with regulatory standardsTraining and mentoring interns as neededPicking, handling and appropriate control of Controlled DrugsEnsure proper filing and documentation of Controlled Drugs as per regulatory and licensing requirements.Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.RequirementsDegree in Pharmacy and registered with Singapore Pharmacy CouncilMinimum 1 years working experienceEntrepreneurial and has an inquisitive mindProficient in the use of modern technologyThrives in fast paced, startup-like environmentComfortable leading a term independentlyAvailable to cover shift work, including weekends and public holidays
