The pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for safety and appropriateness, and provide clear counseling to patients on dosage, side effects, and proper use. Daily responsibilities include maintaining proper storage and handling of medicines, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, participating in health awareness initiatives, and supporting in-store operational activities to deliver high-quality patient care. Pharmacists are expected to uphold professional ethics, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.QualificationsRelevant academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) and valid pharmacist license/registration in Egypt.Clinical and technical skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and safe dispensing practices.Patient care and communication: Ability to provide clear medication counseling, handle patient inquiries, and demonstrate empathetic, professional communication.Operational and organizational skills: Experience with pharmacy workflows, inventory management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.Regulatory and compliance awareness: Familiarity with Egyptian pharmacy laws, ethical standards, and controlled medications handling.Digital and administrative skills: Comfort using pharmacy management systems, electronic records, and basic office software.Personal competencies: High attention to detail, reliability, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Additional assets: Previous experience in community pharmacy, fluency in Arabic and English, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.
