This strong focus on talent development and quality service offers employees a supportive environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities.Role Description The Pharmacist role at El Ezaby Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, provide counseling on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects, and ensure prescriptions comply with legal and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and validating prescriptions, maintaining accurate patient records, managing inventory and ensuring appropriate storage of medicines, and supporting over-the-counter product selection for customers. The pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in health awareness initiatives, and adhere to company policies, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves contributing to a positive customer experience, supporting junior staff, and actively engaging in ongoing training and professional development.Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; eligibility to practice in Egypt.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and pharmaceutical regulations, with a focus on patient safety.Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and empathetically to diverse patients.Attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with using pharmacy management systems, electronic records, and basic computer applications for daily operations.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to follow standardized procedures and quality guidelines.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to participate in ongoing training and development programs.Previous experience in a retail or community pharmacy environment is preferred; experience in health education or patient counseling is an asset.
