Ageless is building long-term longevity infrastructure and positioning itself as a trusted authority in preventive longevity science.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Surat. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, supplements, and longevity products, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, verifying dosages, counseling members on appropriate medication and supplement use, and documenting all interventions in alignment with longevity protocols. The Pharmacist will collaborate with clinicians, health coaches, and diagnostic teams to support personalized health optimization plans and monitor potential drug–supplement interactions. The role also involves maintaining inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions, supporting quality assurance in the longevity product marketplace, and contributing to member education on preventive care and healthspan optimization.Qualifications Professional pharmacy expertise, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) and valid registration with the appropriate pharmacy council.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and evidence-based prescribing, with an interest in preventive and longevity-focused care.Experience in clinical or retail pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, medication counseling, and inventory management.Familiarity with nutraceuticals, supplements, and wellness products, especially those related to metabolic health, cardiovascular health, and healthy aging.Comfort with digital health tools, electronic health records, and data-driven decision-making in a tech-enabled clinical environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse, high-performance members.High attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to regulatory compliance, safety, and confidentiality.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-evolving longevity and preventive health ecosystem.Prior experience in a premium healthcare, wellness, or concierge medical setting is an advantage.Willingness to continuously learn about new longevity research, diagnostics, and therapeutic approaches.
