Team members join a growing organization positioned as a leader in cosmetic healthcare in the region.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Pharmacist will dispense and verify medications, ensure accurate prescriptions, and counsel patients on proper use, side effects, and storage of medications. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medication orders for safety and appropriateness, monitoring potential drug interactions, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans. The Pharmacist will maintain regulatory compliance, support medication inventory management, and enforce hospital policies related to controlled substances and medication safety. The role also involves contributing to quality improvement initiatives, keeping medication records up to date, and participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and new therapies.QualificationsStrong clinical pharmacy skills, including prescription review, medication dispensing, and patient counseling.Knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and medication safety principles.Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital or clinical setting.Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage inventory, and comply with regulatory and hospital policies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.Relevant pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and eligibility for pharmacist licensure/registration in the UAE.Previous experience in hospital pharmacy or cosmetic surgery/dermatology settings is an advantage.Commitment to continuous learning, ethical practice, and high standards of clinical quality and safety.DHA license is required.
