Founded in 2008 as a single store, Wellness Forever now has more than 430 stores across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh, holding a leading market position in western India.Role DescriptionThe Pharmacist will dispense prescription medications accurately, verify and interpret prescriptions, and provide clear, evidence-based counselling on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. The role involves maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and upholding cold chain and storage guidelines.QualificationsRelevant pharmacy qualification (e.g., B.Pharm or D.Pharm) from a recognized institution and valid registration with the appropriate pharmacy council.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription interpretation, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and therapeutic indications.Proficiency in customer service, patient counselling, and clear communication in English and local languages.Commitment to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to safety and ethical standards.Prior experience in retail pharmacy Preferred.
