Pharmacist – Procurement ExecutiveSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/monthExperience: 1–3 years preferredQualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.DLocation: MumbaiWe are looking for a Pharmacist – Procurement Executive to manage international pharmaceutical sourcing and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with international pharmaceutical suppliers for new enquiries.Obtain and compare prices, availability, lead times, MOQ and supply terms.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms professionally.Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely responses.Identify and develop new international supplier relationships.Prepare supplier comparison and procurement reports.Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Regulatory teams.Maintain updated supplier, product and pricing databases.Candidate Profile:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good written and spoken English.Confident in dealing with international suppliers.Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Proactive, organised and strong in follow-ups.Pharmaceutical procurement/sourcing experience will be an advantage.Join us to build a career in International Pharmaceutical Procurement & Sourcing.
