Our mission is to provide accessible, culturally respectful healthcare while supporting the wellness and traditions of the community. We are committed to building trust, fostering relationships, and delivering care that reflects community values.The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing and managing medications, providing expert advice on drug usage, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting medication reviews, collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate prescription processing, and providing exceptional patient service. The role also involves maintaining inventory, staying informed on new drug therapies, and promoting wellness initiatives.QualificationsProficiency in dispensing medications, prescription processing, and inventory managementStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and regulatory complianceExcellent communication, counseling, and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient careAttention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesPharmacist licensure in good standing with the Nova Scotia Pharmacy RegulatorDoctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), or Bachelor of PharmacyValid injection permitExperience in a community pharmacy setting is a plus
