If you're passionate about precision medicine and want to work somewhere that's actually changing lives, this is your seat.About the RoleAs one of our Staff Pharmacist, you'll be the clinical backbone of our team — ensuring every compound we dispense is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual patient.ResponsibilitiesReview and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory complianceDispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all legal, safety, and regulatory standardsCounsel patients on longevity and metabolic health therapy, dosing, side effect management, and adherenceCollaborate with prescribers to support individualized treatment plansMaintain USP 795/797 compliance and assist with quality assurance protocolsSupport and mentor pharmacy technicians on pharmacy proceduresStay current on clinical literature and evolving compounding guidelinesQualificationsPharmD / RPhEducation: Doctorate (Required)License/Certification: Licensed Pharmacist (Required)Ability to Commute: Tampa, FL 33647 (Required)Required SkillsActive, unrestricted state pharmacist licenseKnowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelinesStrong attention to detail and a patient-first mindsetExcellent communication and collaborative work ethicPreferred SkillsExperience in compounding pharmacy environment preferredFamiliarity with met weight management protocols or metabolic health is a strong plusPay range and compensation package
