About The OpportunityHawthorne Health is supporting our pharmacy partner, Bienestar Pharmacy, in the search for a full-time Pharmacist In Charge to join their team in Lindenwold, New Jersey.Bienestar Pharmacy is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Pharmacist who is passionate about education, counseling, and community care.Bienestar Pharmacy is not your average pharmacy, they are known for providing the kind of one-on-one patient education that truly changes lives. Patients often come from other towns because of the time and care the team invests in explaining their medications and helping them understand their therapy.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for this position to effectively communicate with and support the pharmacy’s patient population.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive counseling for every new prescriptionConduct one-on-one pharmacist–patient consultationsTriage walk-in patients and assess medication-related needsRecommend appropriate OTC therapies and refer patients to primary care or ER when necessaryServe as a highly accessible healthcare provider, especially for Spanish-speaking patientsAdminister immunizations and provide vaccine educationEnsure safe, accurate dispensing and regulatory complianceSupport inventory management and prescription adjudicationBuild lasting relationships with patients and familiesQualificationsActive New Jersey Pharmacist License (REQUIRED)Prior community or retail pharmacy experienceStrong communication & interpersonal skillsPassion for patient education and counselingAbility to make sound clinical decisionsSpanish-speaking highly preferredImmunization certification requiredBusiness-minded approach to inventory and workflow managementWhy Bienestar?Supportive team, strong community reputation, meaningful patient impact, and an environment where pharmacists practice at the top of their license.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
