Pharmacist-in-Charge / Operational Leader

I’m currently partnered with a growing compounding pharmacy in the Orlando area that is looking to bring in a Pharmacist in Charge / Operational Leader to help strengthen the site and support its next phase of growth.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation, build accountability across the team, improve workflow and productivity, and help the pharmacy scale toward significantly higher prescription volume. The role goes well beyond traditional PIC responsibilities and would suit someone who wants broader operational ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business.Job Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, including compounding, production, workflow, staffing, and call center functions
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, providing pharmacy oversight while also taking ownership of broader operational performance across the site
• Drive improvements in prescription volume, throughput, productivity, staffing performance, attendance, and operational efficiency
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement processes, workflows, and performance standards that allow the facility to operate closer to capacity
• Partner closely with Quality and Compliance leadership to support safe, compliant, and scalable pharmacy operationsJob Requirements
• Active Florida Pharmacist license with the ability to serve as Pharmacist in Charge
• Proven experience leading teams and driving accountability within pharmacy, compounding, healthcare, or another regulated operation
• Hands-on leadership style with experience in a turnaround, transformation, startup, or scale-up environment
• 503A compounding, sterile compounding, or non-sterile compounding experience preferred
• Strong operational mindset with experience improving workflow, productivity, staffing, throughput, and overall site performance
