Experience with PioneerRx, RX30, or similar pharmacy billing software is preferred.What You’ll Do Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance Provide medication guidance, with a focus on diabetic patients Perform and oversee sterile compounding Support non-sterile compounding as needed Process and verify prescriptions accurately Maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers Handle in-person and phone-based patient interactions Manage inventory and proper medication storage and handling Train and support pharmacy staff as neededWhat You’ll Bring Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing Sterile compounding experience required Strong communication and patient-service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with PioneerRx, RX30, or similar pharmacy billing software preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits Salary up to $170,000/year Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM No nights or weekendsWHY JOIN?
