NND is expanding its specialized nutritional portfolio across Saudi Arabia, with current and upcoming products covering pediatric, adult neurological, mental wellness, and gastrointestinal health categories.We are seeking a highly driven Medical Sales Executive (2–5 years experience) to lead our medical detailing and institutional sales efforts. If you have a proven track record of opening clinical accounts, developing hospital and pharmacy relationships, and converting healthcare opportunities into sustainable business, we would like to hear from you.Core Responsibilities (B2B & B2G Focus):Polyclinic & Medical Center Conversion: Execute registered-compliant medical detailing to relevant healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, developmental specialists, gastroenterologists, and other relevant specialties, converting professional interest and product trials into direct purchase orders and recurring accounts.Private Hospital Expansion: Develop NND products within major private hospital groups and healthcare networks, working with pharmacy departments, procurement teams, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committees where applicable to support formulary approval and institutional purchasing.Pharmacies & Distributors: Develop relationships with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and regional distributors, identify commercial opportunities, and convert qualified leads into active accounts and recurring purchase orders.Government Procurement (B2G): Support NND’s commercial activities related to NUPCO and Etimad by identifying relevant opportunities, monitoring tenders, following up with procurement stakeholders, and coordinating with NND’s Management, Regulatory, and Operations teams when required.Clinical Liaison: Act as a scientific product representative, presenting approved scientific evidence, product composition, and relevant product information to healthcare professionals, institutional decision-makers, and key opinion leaders. Detailed clinical questions regarding patient outcomes, symptoms, dosage adjustments, or other medical decisions should be referred to NND’s medical team.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate territory activity, account pipeline, sales follow-up, purchase-order opportunities, and procurement forecasting within the company’s CRM/reporting systems.Required Network & Experience:Clinical Relationships: Must possess pre-existing, active relationships with relevant specialists and healthcare providers, particularly across neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, neurobehavioral/developmental centers, specialized nutrition, and related medical fields. Relationships within gastroenterology, geriatrics, and other relevant specialties would be an advantage as NND expands its product portfolio.Institutional Knowledge: Demonstrated hands-on experience developing accounts within private hospitals, polyclinics, medical centers, pharmacy groups, and/or distributors, with experience navigating central procurement and P&T/formulary processes highly desirable.Government Procurement Exposure: Previous experience with NUPCO, Etimad, or government healthcare procurement is an advantage but not mandatory.Commercial Capability: Strong medical detailing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with demonstrated ability to convert professional relationships into active accounts, purchase orders, repeat business, and measurable revenue.Please send your CV directly to: NND@naturalneurodevelopment.com
