Pharmacist - Regulatory

Key Responsibilities:Regulatory approvals/permits acquisition for shipment clearanceCustody Transfer and maintain the Inventory of products required FANR’s approvalClassification/Registration of Products (if required)Regulatory Documents controllerRoutine inspection of the warehouse according to the protocolsLogistics Credit Card payment reconciliationLicense renewal / Drug Store registration renewal and all Mandatory Standards set by the Ministry of Health/DOH & Assist them upon their physical inspection at WH.Import Invoices attestation with MOFAICWorking as backup and support of other teammates whenever required.Regulatory Approvals/Permits and representing the company in front of different authorities (such as MOHAP, DOH, FANR, Dubai Municipality, TDRA, MOIAT, DCD, etc)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)MOH Or DOH licenseMinimum 2 year of experience in regulatory / logistics divisionKnowledge of custom clearance proceduresKnowledge of freight forwarding
