Its commitment to customer well-being is reflected in reliable service both in-store and through doorstep delivery.Role Description The Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (On-Site) role is a full-time position based at New Patidar Medical Stores in Indore. The pharmacist will dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and check for drug interactions and contraindications. Daily responsibilities include counseling customers on proper medication use, dosage, and potential side effects, as well as advising on general health and wellness products. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, managing inventory, checking expiry dates, and ensuring proper storage of medicines. The pharmacist will also support home delivery operations, uphold regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to a courteous, efficient, and trustworthy customer experience.Qualifications Professional pharmacy qualifications, such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, with valid registration/license as required by local regulations.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription interpretation, dosage calculations, and drug interactions.Customer service and communication skills to provide clear medication counseling and handle queries in a respectful, patient-centered manner.Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate dispensing, record-keeping, and inventory management.Ability to follow ethical, legal, and safety standards, including adherence to pharmacy regulations and protocols.Basic computer literacy for billing, inventory systems, and maintaining digital records.Experience in a retail pharmacy setting and familiarity with local healthcare practices is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site full time in Indore, including weekends or extended hours as required.
