This includes analyzing branch results and working to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily operations of the area's pharmacy branches.Monitor the performance of branch managers and pharmacy teams.Develop and monitor sales plans and monthly targets.Analyze performance indicators and sales figures and implement corrective actions.Monitor inventory, product stock, and product movement between branches.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.Monitor customer service levels and work to improve the patient experience.Assess branch staffing needs and coordinate with Human Resources.Conduct regular branch visits and evaluate performance.Prepare periodic reports for senior management on area performance.Work to improve branch performance, increase sales, and boost profitability.QualificationsBachelor of Pharmacy – Essential.Previous experience in pharmacy management or managing multi-branch areas.Strong experience in managing teams and achieving targets. Excellent sales analysis and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) skills.Sound knowledge of inventory management and pharmacy operations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy management systems.Fluency in English.Ability to travel between branches within the region.
