The role involves providing courteous customer service, answering medical insurance claims inquiries in person and over the phone, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records, supporting insurance-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills for in-person and telephone interactions.Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to support clients control and record-keeping.Relevant experience as a pharmacy assistant, pharmacy technician, or in a healthcare support role is preferred.Basic understanding of medical insurance processes and documentation is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.Effective communication skills in Arabic & English; additional language skills commonly used in the UAE are beneficial.Diploma or certification in pharmacy assistance or a related healthcare field is preferred.
