About The OpportunityA fast-growing healthcare distribution and retail support organization in the UAE, we partner with pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals to ensure seamless access to essential medicines and healthcare products. Our pharmacy assistants play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting patient-facing teams, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations—all while delivering a customer-first experience across our partner networks.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage daily stock inventory, including receiving, labeling, and rotating pharmaceutical products to ensure freshness and compliance.Assist licensed pharmacists with prescription processing, packaging, and labeling under supervision.Support customer service by answering basic medication queries, directing customers to appropriate staff, and maintaining a clean, organized dispensary area.Operate pharmacy software systems for order entry, billing, and record-keeping in alignment with UAE MoHAP guidelines.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory protocols including controlled substance handling and documentation.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining patient records with full confidentiality.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMOHAP Pharmacy Assistant CertificationBasic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminologyExperience using pharmacy management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail in inventory and documentationFluency in English (written and spoken)PreferredArabic language proficiencyPrior experience in UAE retail or hospital pharmacy settingFamiliarity with UAE health regulations and MoHAP reportingBenefits & Culture HighlightsOn-site work with flexible scheduling options in high-traffic pharmacy partner locations.Professional development support including access to MoHAP-approved training modules.Performance-based recognition and career progression opportunities within UAE healthcare distribution.Skills: pharmacy assistant,documentation,healthcare,regulations
