About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ambulatory and home-based infusion pharmacy in Macon, GA. In this role, you will lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate medication care to our patients.

Location: Macon, GASchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise daily pharmacy operations, including workflow delegation, task coordination, and triage of daily operational issues.Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including prescription review, patient counseling, and dispensing.Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations across the entire pharmacy team.Collaborate with and oversee the logistics team to ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of drug products and ancillary supplies.Drive team performance by setting, implementing, and evaluating quarterly and annual department goals.Manage HR initiatives for the pharmacy team, including conducting yearly performance evaluations and providing ongoing structured feedback.Foster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive workplace culture focused on patient outcomes.Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or PharmD from an accredited institution.Licensure: Active, unrestricted State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist.
