Role Description This is a full-time Pharmacy Manager position based on-site in Midland City, AL. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians, managing inventory, ensuring prescriptions are accurately filled, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing pharmacy practices, providing immunization services, counseling customers on medications, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription managementExperience in supervising and supporting Pharmacy TechniciansKnowledge of immunization procedures and regulatory complianceStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skillsActive pharmacist license in good standing in the state of AlabamaAbility to work collaboratively with a team and provide exceptional customer servicePrevious managerial experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantageCommitment to maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment
