Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Pharmacy Manager role based in Ain Shams, Hadayek Alkobba and Obour city. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Key responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, counseling patients on medication use, supervising immunization services, and ensuring high standards of customer care. The role also involves collaboration with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.QualificationsBachelor degree of pharmacyProficiency in Pharmacy operations, Pharmacy Practice, and familiarity with Prescription management.Experience in managing and supervising pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Prior experience in a managerial pharmacy role is preferred.
