PHARMACY MANAGER / PHARMACIST-IN-CHARGE (PIC)Des Moines, IA | In Person | Full-Time$160–175K Base + $5–10K BonusMonday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients receiving home infusion therapy.This role will lead the pharmacy team, ensure compliance with pharmacy and accreditation standards, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals to support safe and effective patient care.What You’ll Do Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards Hire, train, manage, and evaluate pharmacy staff while monitoring KPIs Review, receive, and verify new patient orders and medications Evaluate and monitor drug therapy, laboratory data, and clinical outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on patient care and therapeutic objectives Coordinate new referrals and admissions with nursing, customer service, and distribution Provide medication consultations to patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality assurance activities Process and check medications, supplies, and equipment prior to dispensingWhat You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or PharmD in Pharmacy required Active Iowa Pharmacist License required Pharmacy leadership experience required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional society membership is a plusCompensation & Benefits $160–175K base salary $5–10K annual bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + company match Life insurance Paid time offWHY JOIN?
