Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a qualified professional with strong leadership skills, hospital pharmacy experience, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring efficient service delivery.Manage medication inventory, procurement, and cost optimization.Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and patient safety initiatives.Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Minimum of 8 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar leadership role.Valid SCFHS classification and registration.Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
