Pharmacy Manager

At Genoa Healthcare, a part of Optum, we do more than dispense medications. We partner with behavioral health and addiction treatment providers to help people with complex health conditions receive the care and support they need to live healthier lives.We're seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy operations in Richmond, IN. This role combines clinical leadership, business stewardship, and patient care while supporting and developing a high-performing pharmacy team.In this role, you will:

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Build strong relationships with patients, clinic partners, and community stakeholders
• Provide medication counseling and clinical expertise to support positive health outcomes
• Drive financial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Recruit, coach, and develop pharmacy team members
• Promote wellness services, immunizations, and preventive care offerings
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement strategiesRequired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment.
