We partner with behavioral health and addiction treatment communities to help patients with complex health needs access the care and medications they need to live healthier lives.As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee pharmacy operations, provide clinical guidance, build strong relationships with patients and clinic partners, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service and patient care.Location & Hours - Relocation Assistance Available for Qualified Candidates

Location: Centerstone of Indiana, 645 S Rogers St, Suite C, Bloomington, IN 47403Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM(Closed for lunch 12:00 PM-1:00 PM)Primary ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring quality, safety, and complianceDeliver exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical supportPartner with clinic staff to support patient outcomes and coordinated careAdminister immunizations and preventive health servicesDrive pharmacy growth, operational excellence, and financial performanceCoach, develop, and lead pharmacy team membersBuild relationships with community partners and stakeholdersSupport workforce planning, recruitment, and retention initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmDCurrent Pharmacist license in the state of IndianaCertified Immunizer, or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hireCompensation & Benefits - $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for External CandidatesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment.
