As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead daily pharmacy operations while partnering with consumers, clinic teams, and community stakeholders to deliver exceptional care. This role is responsible for the financial, clinical, and quality performance of the pharmacy, while coaching and developing pharmacy staff and creating a positive consumer experience.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM-1:00 PM)Location: 201 E Rudisill Blvd, Suite 106, Fort Wayne, INIn this role, you will:Provide leadership for pharmacy operations, quality, and consumer serviceCounsel and educate consumers regarding medications and treatment plansPartner with clinic teams to support clinical outcomesEnsure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulationsDeliver wellness services, including immunizationsDrive pharmacy growth and financial performanceRecruit, coach, and develop pharmacy team membersBuild relationships with consumers, clinic partners, and the local communityRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmDCurrent Pharmacist License in the State of IndianaImmunization Certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hireCompensation & Benefits - $25,000 Sign on Bonus for External CandidatesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment.
