For the right individual, there is potential to explore partnership and ownership in the future.Position SummaryAs Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while delivering excellent patient care, supporting and developing your team, and identifying opportunities to expand pharmacy services.Working closely with ownership, you will help shape the direction of the pharmacy and contribute to its long-term success. Alongside your management responsibilities, the role offers the potential for future partnership, making it an appealing opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, efficient workflows and excellent patient care.Provide dispensing, medication counselling, and clinical services.Build strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and other healthcare providers.Lead, mentor, and develop a supportive pharmacy team.Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and operational standards.Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance the patient experience.Collaborate with ownership on business development and the long-term growth of the pharmacy.QualificationsLicensed Pharmacist in Ohio, or eligible for Ohio licensure.Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience is considered an asset.Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in future partnership or ownership.Interested?Whether you are actively searching for a new role or simply open to hearing about opportunities, we would welcome a conversation.Apply through LinkedIn or reach out directly to learn more.
