Pharmacy Manager

Our client is looking for a Pharmacist in Charge to lead their community pharmacy in Fort Smith, AR. You’ll run day-to-day pharmacy operations, keep the pharmacy in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy, and build strong relationships with patients.ResponsibilitiesServe as the designated Pharmacist in Charge and maintain compliance with Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy and federal regulationsOversee dispensing accuracy, patient counseling, inventory, and controlled substance recordsLead, schedule, and develop pharmacy technicians and support staffManage third-party billing, DIR/reimbursement issues, and vendor and wholesaler relationshipsBuild relationships with prescribers, patients, and the communityQualificationsPharmD or BS in PharmacyActive and in good standing, Arkansas pharmacist licensePrior management or lead pharmacist experience preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsApply now for immediate consideration.
