Under pharmacist supervision, you keep the dispensing workflow moving accurately and on time, so every patient gets the right medication when they expect it. You join a real career path where advancement is earned on demonstrated skill, time in role, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Order intake, data entry, dispensing workflow support, labeling, inventory handling (for example, checking in stock and running cycle counts), and shipping, under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. You stay agile across these core workflow tasks and move to where the work is.Accuracy first: careful attention to order quantities and look-alike, sound-alike medications, with no shortcuts on the process.Support shipping and special handling flows, such as cold chain packaging, when the floor needs it.Stay agile and flexible. You take on the other reasonable tasks the pharmacy needs within the scope of a technician's role, and you move to where the work is, whether that is data entry, dispensing support, inventory, or shipping.Keep a clean, organized, audit ready workstation, and follow SOPs consistently. We do not handle controlled substances.If you are a trainee, not yet a registered technicianWe welcome trainee applicants. If you are not yet a registered pharmacy technician, we will still consider your application. We will expect you to carry the same technician responsibilities, performed under supervision as your trainee status permits, and before you start we will agree on a clear framework and timeline to complete your registration, consistent with the requirements in Texas.What we are looking forAn active pharmacy technician registration in the state of practice, or a trainee registration with a path to certify.Detail oriented and reliable, with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
