We welcome you to join us in our commitment to holistic wellness and personalized medicine. Position Summary As a Pharmacy Technician I, Sterile Compounding, you'll play a vital role in the precise preparation, quality assurance, and dispensing of customized sterile medications tailored to meet each patient's unique clinical needs. This position offers focused, hands-on experience in aseptic technique and sterile compounding within a controlled cleanroom environment, alongside cross-training in prescription fulfillment and clinical coordination support within an innovative, service-oriented environment. This position is involved in every step of the sterile compounding process, from formulation and aseptic preparation to quality checks, USP <797> compliance, and point of sale.Key Responsibilities Prepares sterile medications and solutions following established procedures and standardsResponsible for accurately measuring and weighing ingredients, following strict protocols, and maintaining a clean and sterile work areaOperates and maintains compounding equipment, such as laminar airflow hoods and biological safety cabinetsUses sterile techniques to ensure the integrity and safety of compounded productsCleans and maintains compounding areas and equipment to meet strict regulatory requirementsWorks closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to compound and dispense medications in a sterile environmentMaintains accurate documentation of compounded medications and associated recordsPerforms other related duties as required and assignedRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentRegistered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of PharmacyPharmacy Technician certification (CPhT)Sterile compounding certification (CSPT)1+ year of experience in a pharmacy settingAbility to work with pharmacy software, cloud-based communication tools, and mobile platformsStrong attention to detail, reliable time management, and a team-oriented attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasksPreferred Qualifications 6+ months of experience in sterile compoundingStrong knowledge of sterile compounding procedures and regulationsFamiliarity with compounding equipment and techniquesWork Environment & Physical Requirements Fast-paced pharmacy setting requiring multitasking and attention to detailCollaborative team environment with cross-functional exposure to compounding, fulfillment, and clinical coordinationMay require occasional remote or telephonic patient interactionsAbility to stand for extended periods during shiftsFrequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and medication preparationAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallyVisual acuity required for reading prescriptions and verifying medication labelsFeatured Benefits  Competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & Discounts#ReviveRxWhy Join ReviveRX? The best work happens when purpose meets opportunity.
