Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingProviding customers with a seamless experience to ensure confidence in using our featuresDelivering outstanding customer support over the phoneRepresenting Revolut by ensuring professional and consistent communication with customersCollaborating with international teams to resolve customer issuesWhat you'll needA bachelor's degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate)18+ months of customer service experienceFluency in English (C1+ level)Fluency in Arabic (native level)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable mannerGreat numeracy, analytical, and IT skillsImpeccable attention to detailTo be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitudeAn independent problem-solving approachBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
