Team members join a growing organization committed to empowering young learners through engaging, interactive instruction.Role Description Conduct online phonics and early literacy classes for young learners.Deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.Teach phonics concepts, pronunciation, letter sounds, blending, decoding, and early reading skills.Assess learners' progress and provide appropriate feedback.Adapt teaching methods according to individual learner needs.Maintain a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment.Use digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms effectively.Communicate professionally with parents and the internal academic team when required.QualificationsB.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certifications.Experience with structured phonics programs or early literacy instruction.Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi will be an added advantage.Compensation & Benefits100% remote work-from-home opportunity.Flexible evening working hours.Professional development and learning opportunities.Supportive and growth-oriented teaching environment.Competitive hourly compensation.Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday
