JOB TITLE: Photo RetoucherLOCATION: DubaiREPORTS TO: Creative Studio LeadABOUT THE ROLEParfums de Marly is looking for its dedicated Photo Retoucher to join our creative team.A key creative role focused on delivering refined, elegant, and high-end retouching across all brand assets, from digital content to international campaign visuals.The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a true luxury aesthetic sensibility, bringing finesse, precision, and consistency to every image. From fragrance packshots to campaign imagery, the retoucher will ensure all visuals reflect the sophistication and identity of the brand across digital, print, social media, and global communications.A sharp eye for detail, flexibility, and experience within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury industry are essential.KEY RESPONSABILITIESRetouching & Image Production- Retouch all Parfums de Marly visuals with a refined and elegant approach across digital, print, social media, CRM, e-commerce, and campaign assets.- Enhance product shots, campaign imagery, textures, reflections, and details while preserving a premium and natural finish.- Ensure flawless execution and high-end visual quality across every deliverable.Global Image Consistency- Ensure overall consistency and harmony across all brand imagery.- Maintain alignment with the artistic direction, brand identity, color grading, lighting, and luxury standards.- Guarantee visual coherence between campaigns, platforms, and communication channels worldwide.Creative Contribution & Visual Excellence- Actively contribute ideas and creative solutions to elevate the final visual rendering.- Be proactive in suggesting improvements in retouching techniques, image quality, and overall aesthetics.- Bring a strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail to continuously enhance the brand image.PROFILE & COMPETENCIES- 6–8 years of experience in high-end photo retouching, ideally within the luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion industries.- Expert in Photoshop and advanced retouching techniques; strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.- Proficient in AI-powered creative tools and workflows, leveraging generative AI to enhance image production, retouching efficiency, and creative processes.- Proven experience retouching campaigns, product imagery, digital assets, and global brand content.- Refined aesthetic sensibility with a strong understanding of luxury visual codes and image consistency.- Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and quality execution.- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to elevate final image rendering.- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.- Fluent in English; experience with digital and website content production is a plus.NICE TO HAVE- Motion design or 3D rendering proficiency.
