Job description:Photographer & Content CreatorElite Home StagingOakland Park, FLFull-Time | In-House Creative RoleSalary: Pay: $73,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year + BenefitsElite Home Staging is seeking a talented, organized, and highly motivated Photographer & Content Creator to join our growing in-house creative team in South Florida.This role is ideal for someone with professional real estate photography experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work within the luxury home staging and interior design industry. The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, highly communicative, and comfortable managing a schedule that involves frequent travel throughout South Florida from property to property.The Photographer & Content Creator will work closely with our marketing, staging, and sales teams to capture luxury homes, create engaging digital content, and help elevate the Elite Home Staging brand across multiple marketing platforms.ResponsibilitiesPhotograph professionally staged luxury homes and interiors throughout South FloridaCapture and edit short-form video and social media content for marketing campaigns and digital platformsTravel regularly between multiple properties across South Florida as neededCoordinate closely with internal team members regarding scheduling, property readiness, and content needsCommunicate professionally with external clients, agents, and vendors as needed during shoots and project coordinationEdit and deliver high-quality photography and video assets in a timely mannerAssist with social media and branding content creationMaintain and organize digital photography and video asset librariesOccasionally assist with weekend shoots, events, and marketing coverage as neededQualificationsProfessional real estate or staging photography experience requiredReal estate, Staging, or Interior Design photography portfolio required for considerationStrong understanding of lighting, composition, editing, and visual storytellingExperience with videography and social media content creation strongly preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing softwareMust have a reliable personal vehicle and be comfortable driving extensively throughout South FloridaStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlinesHaving your own professional photography equipment is preferred; however, Elite Home Staging can provide or purchase equipment as needed for the roleBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off (2 weeks PTO)Creative and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work within South Florida’s luxury home staging marketScheduleFull-timeMonday–FridayWeekend availability preferred as needed for events, luxury property shoots, and marketing initiativesTo ApplyPlease submit your resume along with your real estate photography portfolio or examples of relevant work for consideration.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
