We partner with brands across healthcare, wellness, luxury, hospitality, e-commerce, corporate, and lifestyle industries to create content that drives real business results.We have a fully equipped professional production studio and provide professional Sony camera equipment and production gear, allowing our team to create high-end commercial work in both studio and on-location environments.We're not looking for someone who simply takes photos or shoots videos.We're looking for a creative leader.Someone who can own the creative process from concept to completion, confidently lead productions, collaborate with clients, and consistently produce exceptional work.About the RoleWe are hiring a Creative Production Lead (Photography & Video) to lead our entire photo and video department.This is a senior leadership role for an experienced hybrid shooter who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and takes pride in producing world-class content.You won't simply show up and shoot.You'll meet with clients, understand their vision, develop creative concepts, create mood boards, plan productions, direct talent, lead shoots, capture outstanding photography and video, edit professional video content, and ensure every project exceeds expectations.This is not an entry-level position.We're looking for someone who naturally takes charge, inspires confidence, solves problems, communicates exceptionally well, and knows how to lead a production from beginning to end.If you're someone who waits to be told what to do, this isn't the role for you.If you're someone who walks into every production with confidence, creativity, and a clear vision, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Be CreatingEvery week is different.Projects may include:Commercial lifestyle photographyCommercial lifestyle videoProduct photographyProduct commercialsCorporate branding campaignsMedical and healthcare productionsWebsite photographyE-commerce photographyEducational contentTestimonial videosPromotional campaignsEvent coverageSocial media contentPaid advertising creativeReels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form contentLong-form marketing videosNo two productions are ever the same.Creative Strategy & Client CollaborationOne of the most important parts of this role is helping bring our clients' ideas to life.You won't simply receive a creative brief—you'll help create it.Responsibilities include:Meet directly with clients to understand their goals, brand, audience, and creative vision.Lead creative discovery meetings and ask the right questions to uncover what the client wants to achieve.Brainstorm original concepts and campaign ideas.Create mood boards, inspiration boards, shot lists, production plans, and creative presentations.Recommend locations, wardrobe, props, styling, lighting, and overall creative direction.Present creative concepts confidently to clients.Collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure every production aligns with the client's brand and business goals.Bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.Production LeadershipThis is a leadership position.We're looking for someone who owns every production from beginning to end.You should be comfortable:Leading commercial photo and video shoots.Directing clients, executives, business owners, models, influencers, and talent.Creating a professional and positive atmosphere on set.Making creative decisions with confidence.Solving problems under pressure.Managing production timelines.Keeping productions organized and efficient.Taking complete ownership of the final product.When production starts, you should naturally become the leader in the room.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead commercial photography productions.Lead commercial video productions.Meet with clients to discuss project goals and creative direction.Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.Create mood boards, shot lists, and production plans.Plan and organize productions from start to finish.Capture high-end commercial photography.Capture cinematic commercial video.Direct talent and clients with confidence.Operate professional Sony camera systems and production equipment.Record professional-quality audio.Edit and deliver polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).Organize footage and production assets.Collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and project management teams.Help improve production workflows and studio organization.Travel throughout South Florida for client productions when necessary.Photography RequirementsExperience in:Lifestyle PhotographyCommercial Advertising PhotographyProduct PhotographyBranding PhotographyCorporate PhotographyMedical PhotographyWebsite PhotographyE-commerce PhotographyEnvironmental PortraitsTeam HeadshotsPhoto editing and retouching are NOT required.We have an in-house creative team that handles all photo editing and retouching.
