About The RoleDriven Properties is looking for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team in Dubai. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that showcases our luxury residential and commercial properties across digital and print platforms.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and branding, with experience creating engaging photography and video content for the real estate industry. You will work closely with our marketing team and sales agents to produce content that enhances our brand and drives property enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off-plan propertiesProduce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media contentEdit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and PhotoshopEdit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar softwareOperate drones for aerial photography and videography where required (if licensed)Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaignsEnsure all visual content aligns with Driven Properties' brand standardsManage and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipmentOrganise, archive, and maintain digital media filesStay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and emerging photography and videography techniquesManage multiple shoots and deliver high-quality content within agreed deadlinesRequirementsProven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably within the real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industryStrong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and video production workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)Experience creating short-form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeStrong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, framing, and visual storytellingAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational, communication, and time management skillsValid UAE driving licence is required, as the role involves travelling to multiple property locations across DubaiDrone licence (GCAA) is an advantage but not essentialBenefitsWhat We OfferOpportunity to join one of Dubai's leading real estate brokerages and work alongside a dynamic, collaborative marketing teamExposure to luxury residential and commercial real estate projects across DubaiOngoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional developmentCompetitive salary and excellent career progression opportunities based on performanceHow To ApplyIf you're passionate about creating exceptional visual content and believe you have the creativity and technical skills to excel in this role, we'd love to hear from youPlease submit your CV along with a portfolio showcasing your photography and videography work.
