Job SummaryReal Estate Masters is looking for a creative and experienced Photographer & Videographer to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The successful candidate will produce high-quality visual content for properties, real estate agents, company events, exhibitions, and digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPhotograph and film residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.Produce professional property tours, promotional videos, reels, interviews, podcasts, and agent-focused content.Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising.Edit photographs and videos, including colour correction, sound enhancement, graphics, subtitles, and transitions.Work closely with the Marketing Manager and real estate agents to plan creative concepts and content shoots.Guide agents and employees during personal-branding and promotional shoots.Cover property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, corporate events, and community tours.Ensure all content follows the company’s branding and quality standards.Organise and maintain raw footage, edited files, photographs, and the company’s media archive.Maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.Monitor current real estate and social media content trends.Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed deadlines.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and video editing.Previous experience in UAE real estate photography and videography is strongly preferred.Strong portfolio featuring property photography, videos, social media reels, and corporate content.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, audio recording, composition, and stabilisation equipment.Experience using gimbals and drones is an advantage.Good understanding of vertical video formats for social media platforms.Creative, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to attend shoots and events outside regular working hours when required.A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.Candidates must be based in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and portfolio.A creative and professional working environment.Exposure to premium Abu Dhabi real estate projects and leading UAE developers.Opportunities to cover property launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and roadshows.Professional development and career-growth opportunities.
