Photographer & Visual Content Producer

Job Summary The Photographer & Visual Content Producer is responsible for capturing and producing professional visual content for land and real estate projects and assets, accurately and attractively showcasing their features and benefits to support marketing campaigns and presentations for customers and investors, while adhering to the approved visual identity.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan and conduct photography and video shoots for land, real estate projects, and assetsin coordination with relevant teams.2. Capture sites from angles that showcase their features and surroundings, ensuring thecontent accurately reflects their actual condition.3. Produce and edit photos and videos for advertisements, digital platforms, presentations, and events. 4. Develop visual stories and short videos that highlight the benefits of each real estate asset in line with campaign objectives and the target audience. 5. Coordinate with the marketing team on content requirements, key messages, and delivery deadlines. 6. Add visual elements, text, and simple graphics to content as needed, in accordance with the approved visual identity. 7. Review visual materials before publication to ensure quality and the accuracy of displayed information, and submit them for approval in accordance with established procedures. 8. Organize the photo and video archive, categorizing files by project or real estate asset and shoot date, while retaining both original and final versions. 9. Manage and maintain photography, lighting, and audio equipment, and identify the technical requirements for shoots. 10. Coordinate with external suppliers or photographers as needed and review the quality of their deliverablesQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Required· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Production, Media, or a related fieldYears of experience are required · Minimum of 3 years of experience in photography and visual content production and editing, preferably including real estate and project photography, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
