The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos and videos of holiday homes, amenities, and surrounding areas to showcase properties across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include visiting properties for scheduled shoots, styling and staging spaces, capturing interior and exterior visuals, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The Photographer and Videographer will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to produce content for listings, social media, and promotional campaigns, and maintain a well-organized digital asset library. The role also includes occasional evening or weekend shoots to capture optimal lighting and guest experiences when needed.Qualifications Professional-level photography skills, including experience with interior, architectural, and lifestyle shoots.Strong videography capabilities, including storyboarding, shooting, and editing property and promotional videos.Proficiency with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.Ability to manage on-site equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and stabilization gear, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.Experience in content creation for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online listings.Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an eye for composition, lighting, and space optimization.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines.Comfort working on-site across various properties in Dubai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury brand photography and videography is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in Photography, Film, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
