You will document our projects from groundbreaking to homecoming, working closely with the design and marketing teams to tell stories of deeper meaning, never features or amenities.RequirementsWHAT YOU' LL DO Photograph and film completed projects, model homes, and interiors with an architectural eye for light, line, and materialProduce brand films, walkthroughs, and social content that reflect tone of quiet luxuryDirect and shoot aerial and drone coverage of sites and surrounding landscapesEdit and colour-grade all photo and video output to a consistent, considered visual standardMaintain and organise the equipment kit and a well-archived library of raw and finished assetsCapture candid moments of life within the company: team gatherings, milestones, and everyday cultureShoot and produce podcast episodes, leadership interviews, and client testimonialsCover company events, launches, and site celebrations from planning through final editContribute to internal storytelling: onboarding films, culture reels, and archival documentation of the journeyCollaborate with the design and marketing teams to plan coverage around construction milestones and launchesWhat You Bring3 or more years photographing and filming architecture, interiors, or real estateA portfolio that shows restraint and an eye for natural light, composition, and material textureFluency with professional camera and gimbal systems, drone piloting, and studio lightingWorking command of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or DaVinci ResolveA calm, patient way of working on live construction and occupied sitesComfortable travelling to project sites as required, across cities and terrainsCamera, drone, and other equipment provided by us; a valid drone pilot licence is a plusMust-have skillsDrone Piloting, Gimbal Systems, real estateGood-to-have skillsPhotography
