We’re scaling our in-house photography studio and seeking a visionary Fashion Photographer to lead visual direction and execution across campaigns.Role & ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and shoot high-end fashion editorials, lookbooks, product campaigns, and lifestyle content for digital and print platforms.Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, models, and art directors to build cohesive visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines.Manage end-to-end photoshoot production: location scouting, lighting setups, wardrobe coordination, and post-shoot retouching oversight.Ensure consistent visual quality across all outputs — from e-commerce product shots to high-fashion editorial spreads.Stay ahead of industry trends, styling aesthetics, and lighting techniques to keep content fresh and competitive in the Indian and global market.Mentor junior photographers and interns; maintain a professional, collaborative, and efficient studio workflow.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveAdobe LightroomAdobe PhotoshopCanon EOS R SystemNikon Z SeriesStudio Lighting (Profoto, Godox, Elinchrom)Fashion Styling CoordinationPortrait & Product PhotographyLocation Scouting & Shoot PlanningPreferredProficiency in Capture OneExperience with commercial e-commerce photo shootsKnowledge of Indian fashion market trends and editorial calendarsBenefits & Culture HighlightsFull-time on-site role with modern studio facilities in Mumbai or Delhi (location-dependent)Opportunity to work with top Indian and global fashion brands on high-visibility campaignsContinuous learning: access to masterclasses, gear upgrades, and creative freedom to experimentSkills: photo retouching,adobe photoshop,capture one,studio lighting,retouching,dslr,studio,adobe,lighting,product photography,e-commerce
