Salary: 2,500dhs per monthBlackstone Construction is a modern design, construction, and fit-out company delivering high-end projects across Dubai (UAE),Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Photographer will capture high-quality images of construction sites, completed projects, interior fit-outs, landscaping works, and behind-the-scenes activities that showcase Blackstone Construction’s craftsmanship and design vision. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing photo shoots, coordinating with project managers and designers, and ensuring images align with brand and marketing guidelines. The role involves selecting, editing, and retouching photos, organizing and maintaining a digital asset library, and preparing images for use across websites, social media, presentations, and client materials. The Photographer will also support visual storytelling for case studies, proposals, and marketing campaigns, while adhering to safety and site access requirements.Qualifications Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and framing for architectural, interior, and construction environments.Strong skills in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent software.Experience planning and executing on-site shoots, including working in active construction environments and following safety protocols.Ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to align visuals with project and brand objectives.Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and content usage across digital platforms and marketing materials.Good organizational skills to manage file naming, storage, backups, and asset libraries for easy retrieval and reuse.Relevant experience in architectural, interior, or construction photography; experience in high-end or luxury projects is an advantage.Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations as required.Strong communication skills and a professional, detail-focused approach to meeting deadlines
