The Photographer will capture high-quality images of luxury residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding amenities, aligned with brand standards and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing photo shoots, scouting locations, staging and lighting spaces, and ensuring all images are optimized for marketing channels such as listings, social media, and brochures. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet content needs, maintaining and organizing digital asset libraries, and delivering edited images within agreed timelines. The Photographer will also support video shoots and virtual tour creation as needed to enhance property presentations.Qualifications Strong technical photography skills, including composition, lighting, and use of professional camera equipment.Proficiency in photo editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar software).Experience shooting real estate, architecture, interiors, or related commercial environments.Understanding of digital media requirements for web, social platforms, and marketing materials.Excellent attention to detail and ability to present properties in a visually compelling, brand-consistent manner.Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with agents, marketers, and property owners on-site.Ability to work on-site across various locations in Dubai, including occasional evening or weekend shoots.Relevant diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field is preferred.Portfolio demonstrating professional photography work, ideally including luxury or real estate projects.
