Company Description Iris Creative Co. is a founder-led, women-owned creative media agency based in Palm Beach County, FL. We photograph and film homes, new-build communities, and boats and yachts for real estate agents, brokerages, home builders, and marine companies across South Florida.Our clients pick us because the work is consistent and it comes back fast: edited photos go out within one business day. Our founders have shot every job personally until now. We're growing, and we need another photographer who can shoot to the same standard without us standing beside them.Role Description This can be part or full-time, Photographer role based in South East FL: Treasure Coast though Miami. The Photographer will execute photo shoots for homes & yachts. Responsibilities include operating professional camera and lighting equipment, composing and capturing high-quality images, and collaborating with creative and client teams to align with brand guidelines. Photographer is expected to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and uphold a consistent, elevated visual style across all projects.QualificationsStrong technical photography skills, including proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.Experience in on-location shooting for interiors, exteriors, lifestyle, and hospitality or real estate environments.Ability to plan and manage shoots, including creating shot lists, coordinating logistics, and working within client brand guidelines.Demonstrated eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling tailored to luxury and design-driven brands.Strong organizational skills for file management, image cataloging, and timely delivery of assets.Professional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, creative directors, and on-site teams.Adapting to changing conditions, and problem-solving on set.Previous experience in commercial, real estate, marine, hospitality, or travel photography is highly beneficial.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to shoots as needed; ability to lift and transport photography equipment.
