The team focuses on storytelling through every frame, ensuring that each project reflects the client’s vision in a powerful and memorable way.Role Description The Photographer role at FrameMasters is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as editing and pre-production planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing photo shoots, setting up lighting and equipment, capturing high-quality images across portraits, events, and commercial projects, and collaborating with clients and the studio team on creative concepts. The role involves culling and editing photos, maintaining an organized digital asset library, and preparing images for print, web, and social media use. The Photographer will also support on-set logistics, ensure equipment is maintained, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the studio’s visual storytelling.Qualifications Strong technical photography skills, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and exposure control.Proficiency with photo editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software).Experience with studio and on-location shoots, including setup and handling of lighting, backdrops, and related equipment.Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a creative approach to framing, styling, and image selection.Good organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience in portrait, wedding, event, or commercial photography is highly beneficial.Relevant certification, diploma, or degree in photography, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
