Our client is looking for a talented Photographer/Videographer to join their in-house creative studio. This role will create high-quality photography and video content across e-commerce, social media, marketing, and other brand channels while collaborating closely with the creative, styling, production, and post-production teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with production, styling, and post-production teams to execute studio photography and video projects.Capture still life, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and other stylized media.Plan, frame, execute, and direct shoots both in the studio and on location.Create realistic and editorial lighting while accurately capturing product texture, color, and quality.Collaborate with the styling team and Studio Manager to maintain timelines and streamline workflows.Manage and maintain photography and video equipment, storage, and inventory.Create and maintain effective studio processes.Support the studio team and help drive production forward.Work with external stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective creative solutions.Research industry trends and contribute to pre-production planning.Help maintain and improve the studio's digital asset management processes.Contribute creative insight and direction across e-commerce photography and video, social media, signage, sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials.Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain visual direction across multiple brands and product categories.Troubleshoot challenges professionally and adapt quickly to changing priorities.RequirementsExceptional digital photography, lighting, and compositional skills.Strong portfolio demonstrating lifestyle and interiors photography and video. A portfolio link must be included with your resume. Resumes without a portfolio will not be considered.Post-secondary education or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial photography.Experience with soft goods photography is preferred.Strong interest in home interiors, lifestyle brands, e-commerce, consumer behavior, social media, and digital content.Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand broader creative and business objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong collaborative skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.Expert proficiency in Capture One and Mac systems.Strong working knowledge of Photoshop preferred.Experience with multiple camera and lighting systems for both photography and video.Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with basic familiarity with Excel.Experience with project management platforms such as Trello is a plus.Ability to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and bring new ideas to the creative process.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and in-person studio environment.Please submit your resume for consideration!You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
