The Role
As a Semiconductor Process Technician, you will join our motivated team in the San Francisco Bay Area to fabricate nanophotonic
devices, circuits, and systems at the frontier of optics. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will operate across a range of cleanroom
processes and techniques to produce and refine our innovative laser communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
▶ Execute a variety of semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, plasma etching, material deposition, and wet
chemistry
▶ Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain a high standard of quality control
▶ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and testing, to optimize device performance
▶ Document process parameters, track progress, and provide feedback on fabrication improvements
▶ Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges to ensure timely project delivery
What We’re Looking For
▶ Technical Skills: Experience with semiconductor processing and cleanroom environments is a plus, but we also welcome highly
motivated newcomers with strong technical aptitude
▶ Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to running complex processes, a keen sense of small changes, and a strong habit of
taking concise and accurate notes
▶ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting where priorities shift quickly
▶ Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate closely, learn from peers, and share knowledge

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range $65,000-$85,000 annually
