The facility is accredited by Jawda and Tasneef, reflecting its commitment to consistent quality and safety in home health care.Role Description The Physical Therapist role at TEBABAH HOME HEALTH CARE is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Ain. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in the home care setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting functional evaluations, delivering rehabilitation and exercise programs, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members, educating patients and families on home exercise and safety, maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding all clinical and ethical standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.Candidates should possess solid skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with the ability to provide safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive services in the patient’s home.Candidates should possess a good understanding of Medicine as it relates to physical therapy, including basic clinical concepts and interdisciplinary collaboration.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the UAE.Previous experience in home health care or clinical rehabilitation is highly beneficial, along with strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently in the field, adapt to different home environments, and use good clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and progress.
